*Sigh* I would've been the first...

...if Internet Explorer and that music player up there didn't crap out on me when I tried to skip in the music...

Anyways, another job well done on your music. This seems like it would be perfect for futuristic racing games like Wipeout and F-Zero. You went all out on those synths too I noticed. The beat and the synths give it that hyper racing feel to it, while the "voices" and the calmer string synths give it that kind of calm sense of feeling to it ya know? Definitely worth a download (or 6) to add into my collection of synteza/milosz music.

synteza responds:

Use Firefox! You are a racing nut. Lol 6 downloads.

Job well done for your first submission...

Of course, being that it's your first one, there are a few mistakes, but because it's your first one, I think sime reviewers will be more forgiving. Not bad at all though, keep it up and improve. I look forward to more of your work

NightmareMachine responds:

Hi SHADOWFOX2, nice to see you.
You are right. However, I don't will make another one.
Thanks for the review.

I kinda have to agree with Oddler a little...

The whistle sounds a bit out of place here. Love what you did with the Conqueror sample (that's what it's called in my program). I like the "Come to me baby come to me" lyrics too. It's a pretty cool feature that I should start using in my music. The only issues that I have with this song is the whistle and the cymbal at the end. I also enjoyed the reverb effect for the unique echo feel. Your friend has done a pretty good job.

NightmareMachine responds:

As I wrote in the description, this is not my song, I fully agree with you, even to me don't like the whistles.
I will see to my friend your comment.

You know...

At first, I always had the thought that this would be the type of music that did exactly have a constant rhythm to it, but after a while, it kinda evolved. I love this song for that. You did an awesome job, and nice use of the sound effects as well.

hypeserver responds:

Thanks for the great comments. This was a old work I made for an internet radio station a little over 2 years ago. Glad to see people still stop in and listen to it.

I'm all out of stuff to say...

In the beginning, I told myself I wouldn't download this one either, but I'm gonna do it anyways, just because of the melody again. Why are your melodies so awesome...awesome enough to completely reconsider someone's decision?...I want that power one day...but no, I'd have to say it would be because of the clap thing you have in the background...reminds me of Motor Species from Ridge Racer 4...but yeah, that, and the melody is what got me...the one part that made me download and fav this is at 3:25-3:46...just epic for drifting, or racing in general...

synteza responds:

k it's time for a review answering spree. yeah she's a solid clap, ain't she? it's from the reason base repository which i find myself using quite a bit, as it's quite an exquisite compendium of sound. i've been criticized for using certain more recognizable sounds from it before.

thanks for the kind words and, mind you, you do have that power, i've listened to your music and it's really good! it's got soul and originality, and doesn't feel like it's infested with rules and bad habits, both so common and destructive in music.

...now I wasn't planning on reviewing this one...

Because I neither downloaded it, nor fav'd it, but it's pretty good. I'm not sure who B.B. is, but it sounds like the Satisfaction thing I've heard that goes well when thinking of Stephen Hawking LOL (blame YTMND.) Umm, it honestly sounds like some Egyptian/Greek/Roman rave beat, but more mostly Egyptian 'cause of the high-pitched whatever you threw in there...that and the bells as well...reminds me of pyramids (not your submission)...haha, THOUGHT!!: what if there were people who decided to rave inside pyramids? Anyways, it's pretty good now that I think of it. Nice for nights, or even sunsets, 'cause it's like something big's gonna happen later on. Love what you did with the bass drum. I'll never figure it out...aww heck, I'm gonna download...just because it's so epically Egyptian-Satisfaction sounding...you've done it again =^_^=

synteza responds:

lol it's compression dude. whenever the kick hits, the rest of the song automatically gets quieter. also, don't tell anyone, but the kick is directly sampled out of Satisfaction. i might get in trouble :O

...again, and again...

I'm honestly running out of stuff to say for the top, so excuse me for that. Simply love the...melody is it called? Yeah, I think that's it. You can produce some of the lengthiest pieces of music on here, andI won't even think about how long I've been listening to it. That's just how great you are. Hmm, does that mean that they've cut back on KB restrictions? O_o I wonder...can you name all me marshmallow shapes? (Sorry, I had to.) But yeah, I don't know what Exfiltrate means, but umm, it's a pretty darn good piece of work. WORKS GREAT FOR RACING =^_^=

synteza responds:

yeah now i'm sure you love racing, haha. they have cut back on kb restrictions! finally..

...you're killing me...

...such great music...too much. At first, I didn't think it would be worth downloading you know? Like I knew it wasn't gonna be bad, but it didn't sound like I wanted to download it so I started skipping through it...the first thing I caugh was teh pad at :41. That pad pwned for this song, and is one of the reasons. I like the low sine bass thingy too, and the piano, and the guitar. All of them mean different things. Oh snap, you got a trumpet in there too!? Well, I was gonna nine this, but after listening to it this time, I gotta give you a 10, and 5 as usual (I try to 5 all of your work that I've fav'd so you'll get the grade I think you should have, 'cause there's no way any of my stuff should be rated better than yours.) The only thing I didn't like was teh voice, 'cause it's like it's being cut, instead of like bending the pitch, if you know what I mean...the guitar is like a comforting breeze on the coast. The piano is like little sensations of wonderfullness and imagination...ok I can't really explain that one. The pad is like the sky, and the piano just kinda compliments that...the sine bass thingy and the beat is more down to earth, so you don't completely space out, but it's perfect for just laying down on the beach on a not so sunny day, with white, gray, purple, green, pink, blue, orange, or any sunset skies. The trumpet...just goes along with everything as well...oh, and that pad that I don't ever hear in the end. It's either reverb, or a pad. I'm not sure. Either way, it's really low through the whole song, and I don't really hear it distinctly until the end. I like that too...see how this is more that just your average song? Great Work =^_^=

synteza responds:

"little sensations of wonderfulness and imagination" works, it's about as well as you can express it in words haha. music tends to be like that :S thanks a lot!

...you're really starting to make it hard...

...for me to order my favorites on NG now. LOL, I don't know about the rest of your reviewers, but I think the beginning's fine. Now that I think about it, the twisted flute DOES sound like an African tribe of some kind. This is like the African version of Hills and Wolves, 'cause the flute in that one reminded me of Asians. Anyways, I like it when it transforms when the strings come in. It gets really epic then. And I think ViewtifulMasta (now Mitrox) did have his headphones backwards 'cause teh cong is indeed on teh rite side LOL. I like the synth too or whatever it's called...so much to try to master. It took until I read the reviews to figure out what your author comment was talking about, and I think your voice is perfect. It fits really well for it. I would tell you everything that I imagine when I hear this song, but I think you've heard enough of me for this one as it is, so just know that you've done a spectacular job as usual. OH BTW, this would also make for great racing music!! =^_^=

synteza responds:

and it comes to me that you really enjoy racing, either watching it or playing it on nintendo or doing it in real life, or some, or all of those options. which issss it?! gahaha african version of hills and wolves. thanks for that :P yeah now i'm sure his headphones were backwards. i think my voice is just a tad off key, but not that bad. maybe it's not idunno. thanks again!

milosz

...you've done it again.

Most of the music you've made works perfectly for racing music, and this is no exception. I kinda feel stupid for not knowing what compression quality is, and I don't use EQ at all, so I really don't know too much about that either. I wish I could make the beats you do LOL, they're really nice. For a song that's ten and a half minutes long, you know how to keep people listening through the whole thing without making it a task. I love that sax though...You make me wanna read some more so I can use the big words I never use in life, 'cause your stuff's more than just 'cool' or 'awesome'. After the music stops in the middle, I like to try to find out where I can hear it again, it's...cool. It's hard to believe you don't have as many downloads for your music than you should have. Ah well, it'll come soon, you deserve recognition...good work

synteza responds:

this song's got plenty of downloads now 8| wow. sweet! i suggest using EQ it helps with stuffing a lot of instruments into your music (by giving each a certain range)
